Tonecast Cloud subprocessors
These are the third-party services Tonecast Cloud uses to operate. Direct BYOK mode does not route AI requests through Tonecast Cloud.

| Stripe | Billing | Payment, invoice, tax, subscription, and customer metadata |
| Anthropic | Text generation | Prompt content sent when using Tonecast Cloud text generation |
| Groq | Voice transcription | Audio sent when using Tonecast Cloud transcription |
| BetterStack (Logtail) | Logging and observability | Structured application logs and request metadata (content redacted) |
| Resend | Transactional email | Email address and support/account email contents |
| Vercel | Website hosting | Website request metadata |
